HISTORY
ZUMAIA SHIPPING, S.L. is the current name of the tugboat company BILBAO TUGS, S.L.
It is the result of a business initiative which borns in Zumaia in 1997, when REMOLCANORTE, S.L. is created.
Bilbao Tugs (Zumaia Shipping, S.L.) is created in 2006, a company of which Remolcanorte is senior partner.
The current name responds to our origin in Zumaia, and our future increasingly linked to international markets in which we are known as the 'ZUMAIAS'.
Currently, ZUMAIA SHIPPING is building a new vessel, which following with our tradition is going to be called 'ZUMAIA NOVENO'.
